Reconnecting roots. Building the future.
Satna Tech Connect brings together people with roots in Satna who are building careers in technology, to share experiences, create opportunities, and contribute to the future of our hometown.
Our story
Carrying a part of Satna wherever we go
We belong to Satna, a small but spirited city in Madhya Pradesh with big dreams and incredible talent.
Over the years, many talented people from Satna have moved to technology hubs like Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and beyond to build their careers.
But here's the truth: wherever we've gone, we've carried a part of Satna with us. The memories, the people, and the small-town spark that helped shape who we are.
Now, it's time to bring that spark back home.
Why it matters
Imagine what we could do together
Across India and the world, people from Satna are working as engineers, developers, founders, product managers, data scientists, and technology leaders. Yet many of us have never had the chance to connect with one another.
Imagine what could happen if we started sharing our experiences, opportunities, ideas, and knowledge.
A conversation
could help someone find direction.
A mentor
could help a student make a confident career choice.
A shared idea
could lead to a new collaboration.
Together, we can create more opportunities for Satna's talent and help the next generation dream bigger, whether their journey takes them beyond Satna or brings them back home.

The next chapter
Our first meetup brought people together around a shared idea: connecting Satna's technology professionals and exploring how we can contribute to our hometown.
Now, we're looking forward to the next chapter.
We're planning our next Satna Tech Connect gathering, another opportunity to reconnect, exchange experiences, build relationships, and explore what we can do together.

Future plans
The first meetup was just the beginning
As Satna Tech Connect grows, we hope to create more opportunities for people from Satna's tech community to connect, share knowledge, and contribute to the next generation. Here are some of the initiatives we'd like to work towards:
Career Guidance Sessions
Helping students and freshers from Satna understand technology career paths, industry expectations, and the skills needed to get started.
Virtual Meetups
Bringing together Satna-origin professionals working across different cities and countries, making it easier to exchange experiences and ideas.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing
Creating opportunities for experienced professionals to guide students and early-career talent through practical advice, career insights, and shared learning.
Startup & Innovation Support
Exploring ways to connect aspiring entrepreneurs and local innovators with experienced professionals, useful networks, and new ideas.
We know these things won't happen overnight. They'll take time, participation, and people willing to contribute. Our first step was bringing people together. The next is figuring out what we can build together for Satna.
